April 21st, Dr. Audrey Young, M.D. from University of Washington and author of "What My Patient's Taught Me," will be present to talk about her book and experiences going through medical school.
April 28th, Cancer Awareness Meeting - On hand will be a Cancer researcher, an ACS Representative and a cancerous/healthy organ display
May 7th: Release 2010-2011 AMSA Officer Application. Want to be more involved in AMSA and gain leadership experience? Fill out an application to be an officer next year! (due on May 14th)
May 12th: Healthcare Reform Panel: Multiple perspectives regarding the recent bill and what it means for the future of Medicine (for more information on whats going on check out Angela's "Being Critical about Health Care" under Current Events Forum)
May 14th: New Officer Applications due at 5:00pm
May 22nd-23rd: RELAY FOR LIFE!! Come join UW AMSA at Relay For Life!
